Refund policy
At Modestly Unleashed Shop, each order is prepared with care. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your product selection, quantity, size, color, personalization details, spelling, shipping information, and any other selected options.
Order Cancellations
Customers have 3 hours from the time an order is placed to cancel the order.
Cancellation requests received within the 3-hour cancellation window will be honored. After the 3-hour cancellation period has passed, the order is considered final and may enter processing or production. Cancellations will not be accepted after this period.
Returns and Exchanges
Modestly Unleashed Shop does not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Preference changes after an order has been placed
- Incorrect size, color, variation, quantity, or other option selected by the customer
- Customer-provided information that was entered incorrectly
- Custom or personalized details that were approved by the customer before production
Please carefully verify all order information before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Modestly Unleashed Shop within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect is required. Claims cannot be approved based solely on a written description of the problem.
Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, an eligible item will be replaced at no additional charge. Customers are not automatically required to return a damaged or defective item. Modestly Unleashed Shop reserves the right to determine whether a return is necessary based on the circumstances.
Incorrect Items
If Modestly Unleashed Shop sends an item that is different from what was ordered, please report the error within 3 days of confirmed delivery and provide clear photographs showing the item received.
Once the error has been verified, the correct item from the original order will be sent at no additional charge.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be permitted to keep the incorrect item, or Modestly Unleashed Shop may require it to be returned. If a return is required due to our error, return instructions will be provided and Modestly Unleashed Shop will cover the applicable return shipping.
If an authorized return is required, the item must be shipped back within 15 days of the return authorization.
Replacement Items
Approved replacements are limited to the same item and specifications reflected in the original order.
A replacement cannot be exchanged for a different product or used as store credit toward another item.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized items are final sale once the customer approves the design proof.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information shown on the proof before approval, including names, spelling, dates, wording, colors, design selections, and other personalized information.
Once a proof has been approved, an error that was visible in the approved proof does not qualify the item for a return or replacement.
If the completed product is damaged, defective, or does not match the approved proof because of an error made by Modestly Unleashed Shop, the issue must be reported within 3 days of confirmed delivery with clear photographic evidence. Once verified, an eligible replacement will be provided.
Refunds
Because Modestly Unleashed Shop provides replacements for verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled merchandise, refunds are generally not provided for these situations.
Eligible issues will be resolved through replacement of the original item as described above.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that may be required under applicable consumer-protection law.
