Orders

Submitting an order does not obligate Modestly Unleashed Shop to fulfill an order involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, incorrect product information, technical errors, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary. If Modestly Unleashed Shop cancels an order that has already been paid for, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Custom and Personalized Products

Customers purchasing custom or personalized products may be required to review and approve a design proof before production.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all names, dates, spelling, wording, colors, and other requested details before approving the proof.

Once a custom design proof has been approved, production may proceed based on that approval.

Payments

All payments must be successfully authorized before an order can be fulfilled. Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, original photographs, graphics, product designs, written content, logos, collection names, branding, and other original materials displayed by Modestly Unleashed Shop are owned by or licensed for use by Modestly Unleashed Shop.
